One Leg Circles: Lay on your back with your arms positioned at your sides. Now pull in your abs while extending your left leg toward the ceiling. Now begin to rotate your leg clockwise as you breathe in without letting your leg touch the floor. Now exhale as you rotate your leg up to 12 o’clock. Repeat this for about 5 times before switching legs.
