The Truth About Six Pack Abs And The Best Abdominal Exercises

If you want big biceps then you can do bicep curls and pull-ups etc. These exercises focus on the muscles you want to develop, so they seem like the obvious choice.

So if you want to build those sexy, ripped six pack abs then the natural choice is to focus on exercises that target your abdominal muscles. But did you know that it is almost impossible to get six pack abs using crunches alone?
